The vision of the Fox Cities Workforce Development Center is to assure our community has a quality workforce to meet the changing needs of the labor market.

MISSION & GOALS
The mission of the Fox Cities Workforce Development Center is to provide a comprehensive array of integrated, easily accessible employment and training services.  The Workforce Development Center will serve job seekers, employers, workers and the community by focusing on customer needs to produce a quality workforce and advance the economic well-being of the community.  Our 7 primary goals are:

1. Workforce Development Center services will be customer focused and acknowledged by customers to be of value.
   
2. To empower job seekers to actively achieve long term economic self-sufficiency.
   
3. To assist employers in meeting their present and future workforce needs.
   
4. To be the focal point for local and regional Workforce Development initiatives.
   
5. To jointly plan and manage multiple employment and training systems resulting in an integrated and effective utilization of available resources.
   
6. To meet participants' temporary economic and support service needs and strengthen the connection between economic assistance and preparation for work-related self-sufficiency.
   
7. To collaborate with and enhance current economic development activities and business / education partnerships in order to provide a full spectrum of economic development services.
