We have 2 common rooms available for profit and non-profit organizations at the Workforce Development Center: The Classroom Accommodates 50 – 60 people For Profit Organizations: Half-Day Rate (4 Hours or Less) $50.00 Full Day Rate (Over 4 Hours) $100.00 For Non Profit Organizations (501c(3) designated by the IRS): Half-Day Rate (4 Hours or Less) $25.00 Full Day Rate (Over 4 Hours) $50.00          The Assessment Room Accommodates 2 – 8 people For Profit Organizations: Half-Day Rate (4 Hours or Less) $25.00 Full Day Rate (Over 4 Hours) $50.00 For Non Profit Organizations (501c(3) designated by the IRS): Half-Day Rate (4 Hours or Less) $12.50 Full Day Rate (Over 4 Hours) $25.00 TERMS: Rooms are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Profit and non-profit organizations renting rooms must pay their rental fees on the day they use the room.  Fees can be paid directly to the workforce development center receptionist. Checks should be made payable to:      The Fox Valley Workforce Development Board,      (fiscal agent for the Workforce Development Center.) Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If the room reservation is not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, the organization reserving the room will be billed for the full amount of the room fee. Outstanding fees will result in future reservations being denied. Please let the receptionist know if you need refreshments, overhead projector, easel and paper etc.  Some additional cost may accrue depending on needs.
